NYT Site has Trump ahead by 1908 in Georgia. It indicates more than 98% of the vote is counted. The accompanying article says "almost all" votes have been counted.

No. there are also 14k ballots that are being counted now (down from 16k an hour ago). those are coming in about 70/30 for biden, which is why he will be up 1-4k by end of the night.
The box on the left shows 100% counted and now they are certifying.
The SOS site is useless. The remaining ballots are key.
