Black people need to get rid of the black precinct scam that sells votes for county worker payoffs. Clearly everyone who ever lived in a black precinct has been voting democrat over since they moved out or died. Republicans should get 20% of the black vote. But its sold to democrats every year.

The GOP has to start competing in the urban areas. They cannot expect to remain a viable party if they continue ceding the big cities to the Democrats. They have to continue the work that Trump has put in the past four years to create some positive momentum. When it comes to blacks, though, while they might like Trump, they do not like the Republicans in general.
