Mark Levin reminded his audience today that state legislatures are the ones who choose the electors who directly vote for president in each state.

Exactly....I suspect very few folks in any legislature have the balls, or desire I might add, to support Trump by overriding the vote count.
Here’s a question for the legal scholars- scenario:
1) Assume this goes to SCOTUS, which is going to happen.
2) Assume the case is laid out with evidence that states like PA, MI, WI were rife with fraudulent votes
3) Assume SCOTUS realizes there’s no way to divide the fraudulent votes from the legal votes
Can SCOTUS rule for a re-vote in these states??

If the electors are selected by the Executive of a state as their Legislature has ordained- then those are the electors!
The point of all our legal claims is that they weren't determined under the process of the state laws.

That does nothing to stop the vote fraud. Punish Democrats by banning the mail-in ballots that are suspicious.
Then we need to criminally prosecute the fascists and break the postal union that illegally participated in the vote fraud.
Turley mentioned several ways we can win.
1) the State Legislatures who control the State Electors,
2) Via the State Electors in Congress (each State has 1 vote; we have 28 Republican States vs 22 Democrat states),
3) Via the Senate where we have the majority and
4) Via the Supreme Court where we have a 5:4 advantage.

Can’t have a re-vote in time for Dec 14. So scotus rules that State Legislators pick electors. Great end fun to a totally fouled up election. Like the fore fathers could see this scenario happening one day
The PA Republican-controlled state legislature has been part of the problem. They are the most ineffective legislative majority in history.

I should also note that if Congress were to set the date for a re-vote, it would have to be consistent with certain dates hard-coded in the Constitution. Also, the re-vote would have to be national, not just in certain states, due to the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. It would be a totally new election.
