Damaged Election ballot count in Pulaski County

Election Ballots that were damaged are being copied by hand onto new ballots and recounted at Pulaski County Courthouse in #Arkansas. It started at 9am and goes to 5pm today. Several elections could be decided. I will try to livestream & film. Not here. Pulaski is overall Liberal. Trump won Arkansas with over 65% of the vote.

We have a Republican Secretary of State but a democrat for Pulaski Circuit/County Clerk Terri Hollingsworth. #Trump should still win, but some smaller races could get stolen.
