If you demonstrate that the ballot pools of several crucial states have been spoiled by a corrupted election, off to the House of Representatives we go—for the fourth time in our history.

Demonstrate? How exactly? Wouldn't there have to be a dispute about the electors? Or what?

I’m assuming by determination of the US Supreme Court that the complaints of the lawsuits constitute violations of election law. That would be one avenue, anyway.

The constitution anticipates that a state or states may fail to send electoral ballots, or send conflicting sets. If THAT dispute results in inability to choose a POTUS, then the Congress picks.

The law likewise allows Congress to dispute a states electoral ballots. This has happened recently, John Kerry moved for this recently. Congress rejected the motion, but it (Congress) can reject a state's slate of electors.
