Other than the desire to cheat, why is there any difficulty with having observers? Do they make trivial accusations to stall the counting? Body odor? Big cheesesteak sandwiches with lots of onions? Or is it just a contempt for the law to bully the Republicans?
Personally I think it is cheating, but what excuse do they try to use?

This happens each and every election. Why can we not file a lawsuit based on the pattern of behavior and obtain a consent decree prior to the election so it does not happen instead of waiting until the damage is done and the attempting to stem the tide?

Yeah. How do they go back to inspect ALL ballots? They have to start over to ensure as much accuracy as possible.

In many Democrat controlled precincts in urban areas on election night the Republican observers were told the vote had stopped.
The observers went home—and then the _real_ partee started—all night long.
Pizza, booze, drugs—plus fraud ballot deliveries were made and enjoyed by all!

One of our younger female relatives grew up in the Philly area, and she said that Democrat thugs in the Philly area have controlled the elections for decades.
