No,they won't. They know that regardless of what happens nothing will happen to them.They learned that from knowing that Comey,Strozk,Weissman,Brennan,Clapper,Sally Yates,Susan Rice,Lynch,Plugs,Hunter and others still walk free.
It's a good thought...but we are now beyond the rule of law.At least when Rats are the culprits.

Vigorous appeal to court remedies and prosecutions to the full extent of the law.
We can probably agree that election law, including at the federal level, is in dire need of reform.
But your fantasy has zero percent chance of anything. Constitutionally it is the state legislatures that set state election laws and Congress, federal ones.

Amnesty for whistle blowers only. 10 years minimum for those in leadership or supervisory positions. Maybe some considerations for these if they roll on campaign officials above them.

Well... the FBI finally got around to indicting a Philly area Democrat, a former congressman involved in the Abscam bribery sting, {for unrelated 2014, 2015, and 2016} incidents of vote fraud in July of this year... but probably only because he committed these acts in the primaries against a more influential democrat.

“Listen, you rat. We have you on videotape. We have witnesses. We know you engaged in voter fraud and we can prove it. Now, here’s the deal — you get full immunity from all prosecution. Okay? Sign that paper in front of you and you get full immunity. You signed it? Great. You can leave. Oh, by the way, would you like to provide any testimony against any possible co-conspirators? No? Okay. Have a great day.”
