It’s not all mail ins. A lot are, but not all. It is the entirety of mail ins and Election Day voting. Wayne’s website has the breakdown. If I recall correctly:
Biden 169k Election Day + 397k mail in = 567k total
Trump 132k Election Day + 127k mail in = 260k total
That’s grown from this afternoon. So Biden nets +300k votes not yet reported to SOS. And that’s going to drive us nuts when those votes show up there.
After responding, I do see your point. The EV count in Wayne is massive.

Agreed! That’s where we should be focused. NOT on the SOS website. It means nothing right now.
Only 300k out of that 827k were physically cast at the polls. Still a lot but less than half of 2016. So the polls would be half as busy. The rest were mail ins. And the mail ins are a lot.
The Democrat vote counters were cheering every time when the Republican poll watchers and Republican lawyers got ejected today.

I don’t disagree. That should be where the focus is. If that occurred we have to win some legal challenges in court. We just can’t dwell on the SOS website. It’s distracting away from where the fight should be.
