True and once you separate the ballot from the envelope, there is no way verify a ballot as real or fraudulent. I don't know what can be done about it after the fact = sort of like that old saw about shutting the barn door after the horse is gone.

And as the old saying goes “Therein lies the problem”.
Everyone knows there were shenanigans and laws being broke - but essentially we can’t prove anything.
If we can’t proactively prove damage, there seems to be nothing that can be done.
It’s all very sad.
