Scott McConnell @ScottMcConnell9 Curious what the popular vote would be if you gave to Trump the conservative vote of the Ca. ballot initiatives. Im pretty certain Trump could have done well in popular vote if that's what the rules demanded.

There can be no certifiable popular vote without consistent rules among the several states.

Those same Californians who voted semi-conservatively on (some of) those ballot propositions voted for Biden by a 30-point margin. So I’m not sure what your point is.

They have not counted many of our mail-in ballots, even if we dropped them off in person at a voting center, and frankly I am not sure they will ever count them.
According to the ballot envelope they must be received 17 days after the election.
It appears voting has become a real racket.

Likewise, the Arizona pot-legalization initiative got more Yes votes than any of the Presidential and Senate candidates.

Illinois had similar numbers. I didn't think Trump would win, but I'd expect the formerly Republican collar counties would return to the GOP fold this time around. They didn't. Biden handily won formerly "safe" Republican suburban turf like Will, Kane, and Kendall county, let alone winning huge in Chicago and the Crook County suburbs.
Meanwhile, Gov. Lard Butt's "tax the rich & make 'em pay their fair share" scheme to have a graduated income tax went down to a crushing defeat, and he couldn't even muster 45% for it statewide despite non-stop one-sided propaganda about how it had "bipartisan" support.
Weird stuff.
