What are the odds that EVERY SINGLE REGISTERED VOTER turns out to vote for any election? Then add an additional number that exceeds the number of registered?

Yes, they have same day registration but that still can't account for the number of votes......

Then you should be in the system so their registered vote total should match and not exceed.
