The way to handle this is that if a precinct violates election laws by keeping out poll watchers, not having chain of custody, etc, all votes from that precinct are invalidated.
Do that a few times and this will stop.

How do lawsuits reverse this damage? Same with Philadelphia; the Dems are blocking poll watchers and putting up cardboard over the windows. How can any lawsuit reverse what they have already done?

Why didn’t we have lot of our people at TCF center in Detroit watching 24/7? We had one lone lawyer capturing video in middle of night. Where was the GOP lawyers? Snoozing I guess.
