So in summary, Republicans now control EVERY SINGLE state elective office in West Virginia from the Governor on down and control both houses of the legislature with veto proof super majorities. And for that matter ever federal office as well with the one exception of Democrat Joe Manchin’s senate seat. I actually wouldn’t be shocked if Manchin switched parties now that it’s clear that democrats aren’t going to win back a Senate majority in 2020. Joe realizes that with way West Virginia is trending, he’s the last of an endangered species, he can get onboard the red train or lose in 2024.
There should be a movement for(parts of) Southern Virginia to merge with West Virginia.
Give WV more electoral votes while stripping the remaining NOVA of power

Joe Manchin now needs to go. It’s really disappointing they re-elected him again last time around and we are stuck with him until at least 2024.
