—good post—( I have always looked upon the 9th and 10th amendments as being the “lost” ones)—

—as an addition to my post, 6-8 weeks ago , flyers were being distributed in Vegas in Spanish exhorting recipients to be sure and get registered to vote and vote Democrat since “Trump will deport you if he is re-elected”—

In case you haven’t seen the following conflicting Supreme Court interpretations of the 10th Amendment imo, you might find them interesting.

FDR’s state sovereignty-ignoring justices politically overturned previous Supreme Court opinion on the already clear meaning of the 10th Amendment (10A) in United States v. Butler, FDR’s pro-big federal government activist justices effectively politically repealing 10A in Wickard v. Filburn (Wickard) imo.

More specifically, using inappropriate terms like “implicit” and “concept,” the excerpt below from Wickard is what was left of 10A after FDR’s justices got finished with it.

Federal Democrats & RINOs have since been using the politically correct “repeal” of 10A by FDR’s state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices as a license to unconstitutionally expand the already unconstitutionally big federal government’s powers imo.

Smoking gun evidence for effectively wrongly nullifying the Constitution’s “Establish uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause” (1.8.4) imo!
