Votes for the presidential race between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden are still being counted in Michigan, Nevada, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona and North Carolina this morning, but while it is unclear who will ultimately win, it's clear who the losers are.
Going into election night, pollsters across the board (with the exception of Trafalgar) predicted Biden would wipe out Trump by wide margins in the swing states. They also predicted a Senate turnover to Democrats and substantial victories for the left in the House. That's not what happened, Trump over performed significantly and the bad numbers look like they're going to be worse than 2016.

As Leah covered earlier this morning, Tucker Carlson explained this reckoning last night.
"Something really went wrong in the way we predicted a number of these races, he said. "I can name some of the people that should be much fired immediately, and I think I will. I just need to calm enough to get their names on paper."
Contrary to prevailing wisdom, most polling organizations will feel comfortable being so wrong, because they helped depress and suppress the Trump vote. Mission accomplished. Legal Insurrection (@LegInsurrection) November 4, 2020Political polling is a fraud. It claims to measure something that, it is now unmistakably clear, cannot be accurately measured, writes John Podhoretz.https://t.co/QOhcTqwNcu James A. Gagliano (@JamesAGagliano) November 4, 2020
The good news for the pollsters is from here on out it gets easy. Simply show the Dem leading, it’s a done deal.
you are going to believe our fake polls whether you like it or not
I wish all people pledged to make the polling even worse.
I wish all people either refused to answer or participate in any political polls or always lied in their answers to the polls.
A good benevolent dictator would ban the public notice of ANY poll, making all such polls internal to those who ordered them but none could be made public, with not just fines but jail for those who break that law.
I see ALL polls as push polls - those who order them design them and want them to push the public in the direction they think the poll is headed.
The first thing FOX should do is fire Chris Stirewalt and his team. Unforgivable ineptitude.
I think Im going to drop FOX anyway. I have to pay extra to DTV to get them, the money can be better spent. Ill miss Tucker, Hannity and Laura but I doubt they will stay much longer. Contracts end.
Driving into work today I had a thought that might provoke a few Freepers here. What if there was a blackout on all public polls beginning on the first day of mail-in balloting? The campaigns would, of course, continue to use their own polling sources, and there would be the expected leaks, but for the mass of voters who get their news from mainstream sources, there would be no polling data.
Flame on!
Don’t know about the polling, but the Democrat cheating is much worse because they believed Donald Trump had no chance in 2016. 2020 saw all stops pulled to allow cheating on a scale previously unseen in this country.
