North Carolina's Buncombe County is warning residents about illegal robocalls being used to spread misinformation about voting in the state on Election Day.

I know someone in PA who got one of these. Said they never received her mail in ballot and if she wanted to vote in person she had to bring that documentation. She never requested a mail ballot. One call to the Board of Elections confirmed it was a scam.
I might say, I endorse Biden for Prison.
Was this the work of Scott Falmlen? He’s the one who was responsible for calling and scaring the seniors in Florida in the 1994 election. The Democrat party then brought him to NC. The chairman of the Florida Republican party wrote his NC counterpart saying, “I wanted to make sure you know a bit about his {Falmlen’s} background so you can be prepared for some of the most underhanded and intentionally misleading campaigning you’ve ever seen’”
