That’s why I’ve noted that the Court very likely wouldn’t even take it up at this point. They won’t stop the count from proceeding unless proof of illegalities exists.

In his talk this morning Trump didn’t cite that, he cited only that the counting stopped while he was ahead. He emphasized that very strongly.
Also, I imagine the court would ask why he didn’t ask for intervention when the local/state governments announced the policy of accepting votes past a certain date. It’s been in the news for awhile.
But bottom line, you have to have a reason to ask for either a stoppage of vote counting or stopping the local govts from extending voting times. e.g. you have video of a boat bringing in illegal votes from China.
