He is saying he has a bigger lead than he had in 16. There is no way of overcoming a 650,000 lead with 20% left.
CNN says there are 2 million mail-in votes yet to be counted in PA and 1 million are from Philly and the suburbs.
At one point they said 80% of the mail-in votes so far were Biden votes.
If that holds, it would be a pickup of 1.2 million votes for Biden, which is far more than he needs to overcome Trump’s current lead.
PA is not over yet unfortunately.
