Federal judge tosses Trump's 'public charge' immigration rule

A federal judge in Chicago issued a nationwide halt Monday to President Trump’s attempt to make more immigrants have to prove self-sufficiency in order to win a path to citizenship. Judge Gary Feinerman ruled the government cut too many procedural corners in issuing what was known as the “public charge” rule. Homeland Security had asked him to confine his ruling to a limited geography and to delay its effectiveness while it was appealed. The Obama appointee rejected both requests, announcing a nationwide policy.

The little punk knows it's 4-4 with The Notorious ACB elevated to the Supremes, so he rolled this little grenade in there.

Leader McConnell needs to send in the troops immediately after the election to seat a Trump Federalist Society judge.

The infamous 7th circuit. Where three obstinate octogenarian judges refused to retire early to have Trump nominate with younger replacements. The three are 84, 82, and 82 and appointed by Reagan, Reagan, and Papa Bush.

This needs to stop. District judges should not be issuing nationwide rulings. I think SCOTUS needs to rule on this. I hope they hear such a case soon.
