Hillary didn't even get close to 60% in '16. She won Lackawana county be a little over 3,400 voters.

They won’t be voting in their home districts. They are young and lazy. The youth vote primarily comes from college campuses where there is constant efforts to GOTV. At home, they see none of that.

bernie, OTOH, would have been coherent, appeared to be rational, and because of his impeccable credentials with the hard left, could have easily articulated a believable fake move to the center without alienating his hard core leftist base ...
also, bernie wouldn’t have been caught dead advocating getting rid of fossil fuels in five years or other insane positions that weak ol’ joe was bullied into by the hard leftist that hijacked his campaign because bernie wouldn’t have succumbed to being bullied, and bernie would have been capable of running his own campaign, something that biden couldn’t (and didn’t) do. bernie also wouldn’t have hidden in his basement, but instead would have conducted rallies of exuberant hard leftists that would have effectively trump’s rallies in term of energy, excitement, and most importantly, tons of free TV time ...
I think the young are more obedient to media demands.

not necessarily, and in fact, unlikely ... because they’ll have to re-establish residency from their college town back to mommie’s basement AND re-register their voter registration in mommie’s basement ...
that’s an awful lot of work for slackers who live in mommie’s basement for a vote they think probably doesn’t really count anyway ... especially an awful lot of work when they don’t have peer pressure and organizers pushing them to do all of that work ...

Not only that, but the Wu Flu has been the most politicized disease in history. Rats who are afraid of it have already voted for Biden. Conservatives, and Rats who are not afraid of it are going to vote for Trump tomorrow.
Trump's people expect to win Election Day votes by 1.1M in Pennsylvania, which would overcome that deficit. Plus, there are a lot of conservative Democrats in PA who will be voting for Trump.
