This is counter to what the piece says earlier on about them “keeping the Dem vote ahead by 3% by changing results at the server transfer point”
It should be easy enough to obtain the vote counts both before and after they are sent on to a central location.
Finally, by publicizing this sort of thing it makes it very much more difficult to actually do it.

I know lots about technology that others don’t know about.
President just said while leaving for NC that as soon as the polls close in PA his lawyers are going in to prevent fraud. His obvious point is fraud with the mail in ballots, but if this report is true, he could be going to check electronic tampering, too.
Also, Fox has a Monmouth poll that has Biden up 7 points in PA. The fraud is strong there.

Every PA county now uses paper ballots which are read by optical scanners, leaving a paper audit trail:

Of course they can do this. That system has been available for years, used for years all over the world as well. Never before in the US to the best of my knowledge.
The machines I told you about don’t do the counting. The ballot is marked with pen and then scanned. All results are duplicated and the ballots can be counted if there is a discrepancy. Election poll watchers are there from all parties to verify the count before the results are reported.
The devil is in the software that runs the machine..................
The CIA and NSA have lots of tricks available. Now they have just started using them here.
It is that way in every state since computers are used. No external networking.
Because paper ballots in a machine can be countered by hand if a machine is suppected of tampering, then the question is are the computers accepting intermediate or final tallies.
