The Federal Protective Service (little known agency that protects federal facilities) will be more than happy to visit them at their homes and haul them away in cuffs.

I was trained and certified by FPS as an armed guard back in the day. They don't make house calls. In fact (and this did happen a couple of times with me), if it's a leased facility on private property, our mandate was to call the local popo after we made a collar. And I was stationed at a DoJ facility, of all places. Even worse, the local cops would hand us their paperwork and tell us, "Finish this before you go off duty, we'll pick it up tomorrow." Essentially, we'd arrest the perp, they'd show up long enough to swap out cuffs and stick him in the back of a squad car, and we did everything else. Who knows, maybe things have changed since then.
