Joe Biden, the Son of a Used-Car Salesman

Joe Biden, the Son of a Used-Car Salesman

The only thing he excels at is duplicity.

Joe Biden’s father was a used car salesman, but gave the occupation up after his son entered the Senate. “After 1972, he gave up car sales and went into real estate,” Biden’s sister Valerie said to the press. “He didn’t want a United States senator to have a used-car salesman for a dad.”

Joe Biden clearly picked up a trick or two from his father. Joe has the stereotypical personality and character of a used-car salesman. The press never tires of calling Trump a con man, but it is Joe Biden who truly excels at duplicity.

“But please, I implore you, don’t take my honor.”

His latest lie — that Russia is responsible for the Hunter Biden scandal — borders on the pathological. It is a grotesque lie, which reveals the depth of Biden’s bad character. He is willing to win the presidency on a fraud of epic proportions. He knows perfectly well that the emails and texts attributed to his son are real. But knowing that the media is happy to swallow any Russia-related lie, he dismisses them as disinformation.

The media, which has spent years fulminating about foreign collusion and emoluments, has of course taken no interest in the Biden family racket. As the anti-Trump opposition party, the press can’t afford to waste a single moment before election day on anything that might hurt its favored candidate.

I thought his old man owned a Chevy dealership in Wilmington and that Biden was playing it down that he was a car salesman in keeping with his lunchpail Joe fake narrative, much like the crap he was from a long line of coal miners and the fist in his family to go to college

“Joe Biden’s father was a used car salesman...”

I usually follow politics pretty closely. Thats the first time that I’ve ever heard of Joe’s dad being a used car salesman.

Hey, my dad was a Used Car Salesman for a while. It gave him nothing but loaner cars and lung cancer at 36 (caught early when he got screen for a teaching job, got away with losing a 1/3rd of a lung and lives today at 85).

During that period he tried insurance sales, owning a Charles Chips route (I would go into the step van and take one chip from each can), Catholic school music teacher, soloist for hire, owning a janitorial service, electronics sales, and half-a-dozen things I don’t remember, before going back to electronics drafting (where he contributed to the ColecoVision).

Somehow, he always provided.

Used car sales can be honest work.

Is that a Swinger or a Duster? There are folks who'd buy that car!

“...after his son entered the Senate. “After 1972, he gave up car sales and went into real estate,”

Until its proven otherwise, I’ll have to assume that Joe Biden starting using his position to steer $$ to his father, the minute Joe was elected to the Senate. Insider knowledge and government business can create large rewards in real estate. Paying Joe to play could have been as simple as hiring daddy as your broker or cutting him in on large development deals. I bet old dad’s net worth took a sudden climb after 1972.

He won Real People’s used car salesman of the year once.

The rerun is on Roku.

“You’ll have to admit....Biden has the phony toothy smile of a used car salesman.”

Comparing Biden to a car salesman, they all sell used cars even if they also sell new ones, is an insult to car salesmen. I have known some car salesmen that I actually had respect for. All but the very worst of car salesman are better people than Joe Biden and the vast majority are more well behaved than Joe, even at their worst.

Looks like a Dodge Dart Sport, around 1973-74. Basically a Plymouth Duster. We called them Rusters, a few NY winters and they rusted to pieces. The ones still around with good bodies are worth good money.

About a week ago, I started thinking of Joe Biden as being another “Joe Isuzu.” I had no idea that Biden’s father had been a used car salesman.

This is true......polls show politicians are lower on the “trust” scale than used car salesman.

Ironically enough, Joe Biden’s dad was the last member of the family to earn an honest living.

That’s some heavy-duty snark against salespeople. Yes, people. Some of the best sales reps are female.
