If you think you’ll go to bed on election night knowing who won, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs has a bit of advice.
Think again.
Hobbs is trying to tamp down expectations of instant results — or even final tallies within a day or two.
In a press briefing Wednesday, she detailed all the steps that must happen after the polls close at 7 p.m. on Nov. 3, even though the process of balloting and counting is automated.
Those include not just the regular tabulation process at each precinct, but also handling what could be a flood of early ballots that were not mailed in but were dropped off at polling stations. They cannot be counted until after the regular voting-day results are in.
Then there’s the fact that state law gives anyone whose early ballot signature does not match what’s on file up to five business days after the election — or until Nov. 10 this year — to come in and fix it. A similar deadline exists for voters who are handed “provisional” ballots because of some missing information or questions about their voting status

It could take several days to find ballots for Biden in trunks of cars and churches.
Is Hobbs another Soros acolyte?
I heard that Pennsylvania also is counting ballots for days after election day.
And I’ve heard of pressures being placed on news networks not to call states on election night as ballot counting continues. In the past they have called states based on sample precincts and trends in early returns. But if pressured not to do that, we could see a largely blank map at midnight on election night.
The Social Media companies are talking about blocking early declarations of victory by Team Trump. But what if the reverse happens? We know that Demonrats are champions of psychological projection. After all, will the thugs of "Protect the Result" riot if Joe Biden wins on the basis of boxes of ballots mysteriously being found in car trunks one week after Election Day?
I believe she is!
It will be the most frustrating election night in history, and the subsequent days and weeks will also produce no declared winner. Most battleground states will simple be labeled TBD (To Be Determined). Even if the president has a substantial lead in these states, Biden and his goons will not concede. And the riots will be intense.
Unbelievable what we’re witnessing in this country. I hope I’m wrong on this.
They need to calculate how many Democrat votes to manufacture.
I think it’ll be easy enough to know who one the state on election day. Once you see voting trends things become very clear very quickly. Read these boards lately? Everyone can surmise the voting trends in Florida and the voting hasn’t begun. The trend should be cle a r on election night. Trump “didn’t win” Arizona on election night in 2016.
That is why every vote in every state is important.
We need a big enough blowout that cheating will be a waste of time.
Note what this really means: not merely that there will not be FINAL results as of election night, but that there will probably be NO results reported at all. Look for the same thing to happen in PA, MI and other critical states which Trump will lose due to fraud.
Because if there were normal election night reporting — even if it’s not 100% final — then once the results ARE final (whenever Democrats decide that is) we would be able to see the difference between the final and the “preliminary” numbers, and that difference is going to contain a LOT of Democrat vote fraud. With no preliminary numbers to compare to, the post-election fraud is easily hidden.
Stealing this election is going to be far easier than taking candy from a baby, unless Republican lawyers (is that an oxymoron?) and GOP officials do everything possible to stop it. You know, like they always have before.
It takes time to cheat, if you do it right.
Trump will have the luxury of firing half the FBIs top management, Nov.4, in order find someone who knows how to conduct an honest investigation.
Barr may have to go. He certainly does not know how to conduct an efficient and timely investigation.
This will be the first Presidential election I can recall where the results for all states was not known on election night.
Results were known in Bush/Gore but then contested.
With all of the early voting, much of it by mail, why should this year have unusual delays in processing votes? I got my ballot two weeks ago and put it in the collection box at the park-and-ride a week ago. Nobody has an excuse for waiting until the last moment to vote.
All votes are null and void after the stroke of 12 midnight on election day. This should be the mantra and the law
ONLY IF THE SCOTUS CARED ABOUT THE CHEATING!!
Oh, and the Republican Legislature passed a Law that said only a relative could turn in a ballot for someone else. So, no ballot harvesting this year. But wait!
AN OBAMA JUDGE PUT A STAY ON THE LAW!! The Dem cheating here will be over the top.
