You might blame the planning that back loads all the bets on the end of the long voting process especially in hurricane country.

I understand that the idea was the balance the risk of Democrat fraud against these logistical risks but, somehow, with a Republican governor in control, this should be better organized.

Joe is not considering two things there:

A) Turnout is clearly higher this time around; so a lead of 110K in 2020 is a smaller lead than 110K in 2016; percentage-wise, and therefore in the ability of the leader to hold the lead, and

B) Net voter registration of R’s closed the gap on D registration in FL by 200,000 since 2016. It’s like having an extra 200K in the bank to draw from before the voting even starts.

In regard to the “Souls to the Polls” effort Biden’s team should be careful what they wish for.

Hannity: When you say that the president would have to win by 4 or 5 in Pennsylvania because of voter fraud are we talking about Philly? One phenomena that I am seeing in every poll, very consistent they are not outliers, is that African Americans, Hispanic Americans are going for Donald Trump in almost double or triple the number that he got in 2016. Is that real because the Times/Siena poll had Philadelphia 24% for President Trump.

Cahaly (Trafalgar): Absolutely we see it across the board the most recent Florida we had him at 27% of the African American vote. The most recent Nevada he was at 20; Michigan I believe 25; North Carolina 26. This is absolutely a phenomenon that had happened in the last 10 days. He’s gone from the teens and having quite of few of the black voters moving around between undecided and third party and its all fallen away as I said a few times the shy Trump voters in the black community aren’t very shy anymore.

For sure. Remember there 1.6 million more Registered Voters this year compared to 2016.

Any number relating to FL has to adjust in proportion.

Static states with marginal increase in Registered Voters - this doesn't matter as much.

But FL, NC, GA, TX, NV, AZ - this proportionality becomes very important.

With a quick count about 22 FL counties are Advantage Biden and 45 are Advantage Trump.

Trump is outperforming in 2/3 of the counties vs 2016 EV.
