Last month, President Donald Trump issued an executive order directing federal contractors to avoid “white privilege” trainings that claim the United States is fundamentally racist or sexist or that scapegoat Americans based on their race or sex. In response, a large coalition of human resources organizations and leftist advocacy groups united to condemn the executive order. Tom Kingenstein, founder of the organization America Is Good, defended Trump’s order against this onslaught.
“The Trump administration’s opposition to racist white guilt training cuts to the heart of what is at stake on November 3. The ‘America is systemically racist’ industry is panicked that millions of taxpayer dollars will no longer be available for their racist agenda,” Klingenstein told PJ Media in a statement Thursday.
While Klingenstein also serves as chairman of the Claremont Institute’s board of directors, he spoke in his capacity as founder of America Is Good, an organization dedicated to defending America from claims of systemic racism and discrimination.
“The President deserves credit for standing up against this deeply entrenched industry and for standing up for America’s systemically just traditions of race-blind equality of opportunity and individual liberty — that all Americans are equal under the law,” Klingenstein added. “These traditions are at stake in this election — will we continue to believe that America is systemically just, or will Cancel America totalitarianism overthrow our way of life?”

HE departments are destroying this country. Not the HR people who came up through the ranks and used to be called Payroll Department, I mean the tons of people turned out by colleges recently and seem to destroy companies from within.

There’s no such thing as white privilege...this is how God made me and he didn’t make anyone privileged except those that follow Jesus. However, Marxist privilege is a real thing...

If I worked somewhere and the entire company was sponsoring this program designed to let me know how little they think of me, I would leave but that is probably their entire goal- to eradicate white people in positions of authority, high salaries and responsibility without having to fire anyone and risk a racial lawsuit.

It created a whole new industry designed to transfer company assets to unemployable people with no marketable skills; I view this as part of the “diversity tax” (the directors of these programs are even less qualified than the preferred minorities companies have to take on so X% of their staff are black/Hispanic/female).
Anyone who has ever been forced to attend one of these "workshops" as a condition of employment knows they are viciously racist against whites.
This creates more hatred towards whites and resentment and anger from whites.

This is great commentary.
Leftists are like parasites. They know they have nothing of real value to offer a company. Regardless, they relentlessly think of ways to live off the otherwise healthy organism. Unlike parasites in nature, they would probably rather kill the host, even if it means destroying their own livelihood.
