Goes with what I saw on the Harris Votes website for voting locations and estimated wait times during the first week of voting. Where lines were very long was heavily outside the Beltway on the NW side between the Beltway and the Grand Parkway, Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Jersey Village.
The other reason this is good news: I’ve heard a couple troubling stories about potential voter fraud, and the County government is doing everything it can to pump Democrat turnout. But if there was widespread voter fraud or illegal voting, there would be increased turnout in the poor Democrat areas, not reduced.
