Xi's Gotta Have It: China's Communist Party Has a Long-Range Plan to Overtake the United States
PJ Media ^ | 10/30/2020 | Bryan Preston

Asia Times reports on the Chinese Communist Party’s congress, which concludes today.

The allegedly free but increasingly leftist U.S. media isn’t reporting much on it, which is interesting all by itself.

Granted, foreign policy doesn’t drive as many sick burns or clicks as your average Instagram influencer, but it’s still important.

Lately, a question about our media, and the Democrats it clearly favors at the expense of its own credibility, has slipped into my mind unbidden.

When the Hunter Biden scandal first erupted, media, social media, and the Democrats attacked it in concert from three directions.

Media and social media both acted to disrupt the story’s path to American eyeballs and ears from their respective angles. They censored it and continue to pretend it’s not even there. The NY Post is still locked out of its Twitter account, and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, who looks like he’s auditioning to play Russian lunatic Rasputin in some badly-funded Netflix movie, offered all kinds of circular reasoning and even outright lies under oath, according to Sen. Ted Cruz, to justify it. Meanwhile, the Democrats have trotted out Rep. Adam Schiff from the people’s republic of California to slam the Biden story — without a shred of evidence — as “Russian disinformation.”

Schiff had no evidence. He didn’t need any for CNN, MSNBC, and the like to trumpet his claim uncritically. The “Russian collusion” tale has been long discredited by now. But that doesn’t seem to matter.

Democrats never say, and media never ask, whether a given story might be Chinese disinformation — despite the fact that, as Asia Times reports, China does have a plan and the ambition to overtake the United States as the world’s leading superpower.

In theast days of this age China will field an army of two hundred million men in the fields of Megido to fight 5he final battle of world domination.

America will not.

So don’t whistle past.the graveyard saying China will fail, we will not be a player at that point.

Thank Joe Biden for that.

Their population is 5x the US.

China's land size and middle class population are comparable to the USA but their big albatross is their one billion lower class. Westerners have a filtered view of what the average Chinese is. We only see the children of the upper class that get their kids out of China any way they can. The western view is that Chinese are smart, good looking, and hard working, however that is not close to the average in China at all. China is mostly yellow trash.

Purchasing parity is a joke. To live an average western level lifestyle in China would cost someone more money than in the west.

There are two great battles: Rev 19:19 and Rev 20:8. The first happens after Christ returns, before the millennial kingdom (MK). The second happens after the MK and Satan is loosed from the bottomless pit.

Neither of these battles have taken place or will take place until other events detailed throughout the NT have occurred.

Christ has not returned. And anyone who says so (I’m not saying you) is a liar.

Yeah. Agree. I see it first hand in Hong Kong. The Chinese government is evil. Commies are the same everywhere.

What are you basing that view on?

I lived in China 30 years ago, and did not even see that, then.

Mainland China.

I have not seen any indication, of that, in Vietnam.

Just saying.

It truly seems different here, now.

I see the present globalist push to overthrow nationalism as the precursor to the seating of the Anti Christ in power over the world. This is a prophetic shift that “takes the safety off” of the trigger to the Rapture.

Ameri-fa will tear itself apart if the Christian influence is removed and it will cease to exist as a world power.

I doubt the USA will be functional in world affairs 5 years from now, most likely we will CWII our selves to death, with much help from foreign agents sooner than that.

Antifa and BLM with the Democrats are agents of enemy forces now.

What are you basing that view on?

Comparisons of retirement locations is one gauge: https://ceoworld.biz/2020/05/26/ranked-the-worlds-best-countries-to-retire-2020/. Vietnam commonly makes the list, but China never. The price of western quality goods in China is more than in the USA. Quality food is about the same. Youtube videos of vacations and living in China look uniformly rough. Advice from a now USA living daughter of CCP parents said don't even consider it.

NDT files a youtube video report every day. It is in essence anti China news. I can’t distinguish between what is real and what is propaganda but regardless, China seems to be in flux. There is dissent raising against the CCP.

Here is a link
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBOqkAGTtzZVmKvY4SwdZ2g

Is it meaningful? I can’t tell. The CCP holds all the power and dissent can be eliminated easily.

But it is a reality that the CCP is in the midst of big problems.

The extensive flooding of the Yangtze and Yellow rivers has effected tens of millions of people. There is extensive, very extensive damage to cities, infrastructure, automobiles and crops. It is the end of October and the flood events are still in process continuous since early July. By comparison, Katrina and NOLA are trivial events.

Although it is difficult to access, the covid epidemic has caused problems that can’t be and aren’t measured. The problems are not uniform but where they exist, millions and maybe tens of millions are affected. There was at least one very large city that was completely locked down. People were confined to their residences and their doors were sealed with paper seals that would be torn if the doors were opened. In this location there was at least one university where students were confined to dorms. They opened windows and howled in protest.

Although there was published growth, there is growing unemployment. It’s going to get worse as such companies as Samsung and Black and Decker pack up and leave. Yesterday, there was news that the crown jewel, the Pearl River Delta region is in for bad trouble as factories close and jobs disappear.

And lastly there is the problem of food. It is very difficult to grasp the extent of the food problem facing te CCP. I’m not sure if any one actually knows the extent. In the past few months, since early july, there has been very extensive flooding continuously. The rivers and tributaries had been lined with what we think of as levees to create croplands in the extensive flood plains. To control flooding, these levees were selectively breached and the extensive croplands measured in square miles were flooded. Crops were destroyed. There was lots of video getting out confirming the crop damage. In addition to plant crops, the rising waters carried off hogs and cattle. The extent isn’t measured but it was apparently widespread.

On top of the floods, in other areas of China there was severe drought simultaneous with the flooding elsewhere. Crops withered and died

So from my desk, it looks like Xi and the CCP have their hands more than full and the ir program might be put on hold while they solve bad problems at home

Chinese takeover of the American entertainment industry. Xi’s visit to Los Angeles hit on all the right cultural notes. He schmoozed Hollywood bigwigs and their errand boys, like Dodd and Biden, he watched a Lakers game, and cheered Obama’s 100,000 Strong China initiative to have a hundred thousand American students study in the Communist dictatorship.

And just look at the state of professional sports. And the state of Hollywood, including Netflix. Get Woke; Go Broke applies.

I do wonder what percentage of those 100k students in China have been awakened to the realities of CCP tyranny. I see the extent of Chinese nationals in the US (and Europe and Canada and Australia)demonstrating against the CCP and wonder what it must be like in China, especially after the HK crackdowns.

The same was also said of the Nazis, Japanese, and Soviets in their fondness for long term plans. Where are they now? The US may be slow to take up an enemy's challenge, but when we do, we are better than anyone else at developing our strength, recruiting allies, and making a long term effort.

And we are no dullards about long term strategy either. For example, as the late historian John Keegan found, in the late 1920s, when open cockpit flying was still common, young Army air warfare college student officers were writing term papers that conceived of the multi engine long range bombers, strategy, and target lists needed to smash Japan into submission in the 1940s. If the sons of the Dragon Empire had more sense they would quaver at the prospect of taking on the USA.

China can take us over without firing a shot. All they need to do is keep writing checks to our politicians.

Buying politicians is useful to China, but the core of America’s strength is her people and our love of freedom.

I think the world has turned against the CCP.
After all they gave the world the Wuhan virus and kept it from their own country
