You are absolutely right. The tyrant loves this chance to flex her macho muscles over her lowly subjects such as me in Michigan.
I was ok with the two week to "flatten the curve." After that I began to resist.
It has gotten strange. People whom I thought were level headed have gone totally bonkers.
Others that I expected to be hiding under their beds are calmly going about their business.
I’ve said and posted since day one:
With every epidemic (real or imagined) there have always been two epidemics: The disease epidemic and the FEAR epidemic.
It is the latter which has always proven more destructive.
I have refused to buy into the fear. During March spent dozens of hours outside soaking up the Vitamin-D laden sunshine and breathing in whatever was in the atmosphere...probably a few COVID molecules but, hey, that’s what builds up the immune system.
Meanwhile the pearl clutchers wiping down every piece of mail with Clorox and hiding behind face diapers were making their immune systems positively flabby.

This gives the MDHHS director broad authority to take actions by emergency order to protect the public health during an epidemic. To reduce confusion following the recent Michigan Supreme Court decision, MDHHS issued orders following existing executive orders as much as possible under the different law to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19.”
I wish Trump would read out that list of orders from Newsome about Thanksgiving at every rally and say this is coming to your state if you keep voting for the dems.
