1. I think the DOJ has a little different definition of “active investigation” than your average American. Those involved had every intention of hiding this information from the American public indefinitely.
2. Anonymous source? No official confirmation? Unless Rosen get’s some evidence, or this anonymous source gets this to more widely known outlets than Sinclair, it’s going to amount to nothing.
