I'm completely okay with DC being shut down. it will make it easier for Trump to reorganize each department into another state, closer to its area of influence.

It's really unfair anyway that Maryland and Virginia profit nearly exclusively from federal lobbying and highly paid federal employees. They should really be spread around, especially into Republican enclaves.
