They stated on Fox & Friends this am that the police thought it was related to the 40 ATM explosions in the Philly area recently.
YES, 40 ATMs blown up in order to steal the cash out of them.

My first thought was a plumber/pipe fitters work van.
I don’t think so. They want complete mayhem in Philly so it will be easier to totally corrupt the vote. “Fireworks” in the right places would keep the Trump voters home on Election Day. They’d be too scared to go out.
