They stated on Fox & Friends this am that the police thought it was related to the 40 ATM explosions in the Philly area recently.

Here in Chicago they were cutting the ATMs open to get the cash box out, like with a cutting torch. Did it up and down the streets around downtown, every business with an ATM got hit.
