“Systemic” voter fraud doesn’t have to exist - actual fraud just has to exist in pockets to make an impact. See the election of Al Franken - enough noncitizens voted to make the difference.
There’s far more evidence of systemic voter fraud than there is of systemic racism.
No systemic voter fraud. What are they smoking?
3% dem voter fraud had been baked into the cake for many years. The Republicans just dealt with it as a cost of voter trust in the system. With Obama it got much bigger and with Hillary it was even bigger (the real reason that she could not lose). But now the dems are pulling out all the stops and appearance be damned. But President Trump is blunting their efforts. Winning court case after court case. More to go yet. The strategy should lead to a major Trump win and long coattails.

Key word.......systematic
The fraud is specific as required to create a majority in key states with major democrat controlled cities.
Philadelphia is such a city. If Philadelphis burns to the ground it is good for America
No Smersh was 007, a branch of KGB if I recall, and a source of some SPECTRE operatives, when SPECTRE showed up later.

The Technological Hierarchy for the Removal of Undesirables and Subjugation of Humanity. It always makes me chuckle to say that. :)
How about both at the same time...?
This is from Upstate NY.

What a cluster....
Then one side or the other is going to be wrong when they complain about why they lost next week.
Give me a break Kaslin. Voter fraud is a huge problems. In Philadelphia alone the problem is enormous Kaslin.
The term “systemic voter fraud” is vague and essentially meaningless. What if 1% of the races in a typical year are determined by voter fraud? Does that constitute “systemic voter fraud”? Or what if 15% of the races decided by less than 0.5% are determined by voter fraud? Do either of those scenarios qualify as “systemic voter fraud”? Someone could maintain that they don’t. But either of those are pretty serious.
