He called it out and publicized the fact. Since he's a federal prosecutor, there's not much further he can do about it. It would be up to federal prosecutors to do something about it. And we concerned citizens can raise an outcry and try to apply some pressure on the AG's office to do their job.

Ted was not wrong. The context was related to NY Post being able to post their story, not others. Jack specifically said anyone can post that link now and it was fixed within 24 hours. This is a LIE.
As you can see a few posts up, Twitter now allows anyone to post a link to the story. That the circumstance changed after Cruz’s Tweet.
