Angry Democrats have a legal option. 1) Win back the Senate and the White House. 2) When a court vacancy occurs fill it. This is how the system is supposed to work.
Having said that, let me add that anyone seeking to go beyond that, to pack the court — or to *accept* a nomination to a packed court — should not sleep easy. Court packing should be blocked by force if necessary.
