MADISON, Ind. (WDRB) -- A weekend political parade, organized to drum up support for the upcoming presidential election, is being blamed for bringing drama onto a college campus.

The parade took place on Sunday in Madison, organized by a local conservative group.

"You know, the purpose of these things is to drum up enthusiasm, get out the vote," said Rick Berry, who organized the parade. "These things are a lot of fun. A lot of patriotic people, lot of friendly people."

For some, the problems started when the parade route went through Hanover College.

Berry is with a group called the Sons and Daughters of Liberty. He said the parade was for supporters of President Donald Trump.

After the parade, a professor at Hanover lashed out in a Facebook post that has since been removed. In the post, the professor alleges there was "spitting at students." The post also alleged a "student of color was told to go back where they came from."

Sounds like the liberals attacked the Americans as the Americans were driving by.

Great to see conservatives out in the world en masse showing their support for their candidate and ideals. Pushes constantly against the control and bullying narrative and actions of these liberal nazis.

Aren't colleges supposed to be the place where controversial matters are openly discussed? Oh wait, that was when I was in college in the 50's.

And the ‘dialogue’ didn’t end until THEIR judges issued “laws” forcing the country to change. Similar to how they infiltrated and changed the churches.

My son applied to Hanover College and was accepted. He was offered what amounted to a “free ride” to go there.

We went to their main recruiting day where they pulled out all the stops to convince the students to attend.

But the one thing they didn’t do in any of the speeches, by the president or any dean, was to mention that VP Pence and the current governor of Indiana were both Hanover grads.

It was during that time that we determined that Hanover would not be a good fit for my son.

He was offered Early Decision at The College of William & Mary so is attending there. But that is a story for another day!

... some of the students felt intimidated by what was going on.

Oh, for God's sake...grow up, Snowflake. You're not always going to get a Participation Trophy and sometimes you're going to have to do something on your own rather than run crying to mommy.

This “Professor” is clearly a failed one. A real Professor at a college or university would be helping students learn to think for themselves, encourage exploration and debate of ideas from all points of view, and the application of logic of thought.

If students are traumatized by seeing a positive parade for a political candidate and / or are intimidated by it, they are not being prepared for life in society or a career by this “college”. It is strictly a communist indoctrination center.

This woman is not a Professor, but a commissar or political officer. Her role is clearly to create division, fear, and indoctrinate in her own communistic political views.

“...the professor alleges there was “spitting at students.”

Who doesn’t recognize the tired, old lie the subversive use yet?

Remember the TEA party days when Nanzi Pukelosi walked thur the a TEA party rally to get to the capitol building? She claimed they spit at her, yelled “bad names at her”, bah, bah, bah.

Despite her bevy of her staffers (about 10 of them) walking with her, all carrying cell phones with cameras, not one billionth of a second of this BS she spouted and charged was recorded.

Traitors to the Republic: That’s what they do. Lie and engage in subversion, sedition and treason.

W&M mention the four presidents (almost constantly). And that it is the second oldest college in the US. Also that the Wren Building is the oldest college building in use in the country.

We determined that the people at Hanover purposefully didn’t mention VP Pence or Gov Holcomb on purpose. They mentioned Woody Harrelson like he was best thing since Charlie Chaplin....

So it told me there was a bias going on that they wanted to act like it wasn’t there.

W&M pretty much lets you know they are a liberal Liberal Arts school.
