A few steps from chalk lines that had circled shell casings and other evidence from a Monday afternoon police shooting in West Philadelphia, family, friends, and neighbors recalled 27-year-old Walter Wallace Jr.:

Walter W. Wallace Jr., named after his father, also went by the artist name “Whohe” on YouTube, often recording rap songs about issues like gun violence and the time he spent in jail.
Since at least 2013, when he was 19, Philadelphia judges have sought to get him mental health treatment. Wallace was arrested four times that year,

Well, there’s your problem. Another failure of our mental health system which the police were victim to.
I am not 100 percent sure about how many kids he has because I don’t know if the liberal writers counted his unborn child as a kid. So he has either 7 kids with one on the way OR 8 kids with one on the way.

when a person is an obvious threat to others and perhaps himself he needs to be institutionalized. Now that the libs have let thousands out of the jails perhaps we could make a few wings for mentally ill people to get the care and treatment they need and protect society at the same time.

That’s real cute, mentioning his being a father of 8 as if he’s the patriarch of a large Catholic family or something when it’s more like sperm donor to 8 different females. Yet another saintly respectable black man just minding his bidniss when the rayciss white police hunted him down and shot him for no reason at all, with nary a fear that the hammer might drop on their lives and livelihoods, to say nothing of their freedom.
