Florida Update:
VBM Ballots - DEMs lead by 620,908
In-Person Early Voting - REPs lead by 374,996
Combined Early Voting - DEMs lead by 245,912
Make sure you get all of it: because PA agreed to segregate all ballots received after 11/3.
That’s a BIG condition. It gives the Court longer to examine it AND to get ACB on the case, which if they had ruled today, she wouldn’t be.
Another good day, before today I was projecting Republican at -94K before election day, now Im projection -79K.
take off 40K tomorrow
take off 38K Friday
rake off 27K SAT
dems +100 going into sunday
dems gain 25K Sunday(most Red areas closed)
dems gain 10K Monday (Republicans Bay and Gulf counties open but more mail ins)
I am guessing Dems +135 election day
Whatever happened to the magic number thing from earlier in the week and are we near it?
Loss of those counties definitely hurting, but it doesnt look like it will cost 1000. Fewer.

actually I think it may be closer to +1500
we are going backwards without them, even with the EV’s
we never did that last night
plus more were likely masked late this afternoon within the overall rep gains
dems 204228 dems +186 last update
“DeSantis won a close one going into Election Day down 230k.”
Of course that is not true.
This is my web site from 2 years ago.

“Combined Early voting - DEMs lead by 31,641”
I’m with you on that one. This one isn’t worth the fight, if it’s the way you describe and I understand it. I get fired up over allowing a lack of postmarks or allowing up to xx days after the election to mail/bring in the ballot.
“I am guessing Dems +135 election day”
Similar range to what I’m thinking.
Pssst. Stop counting! LOL
The votes lost this evening will just be made up tomorrow or Saturday. Why worry about them? It is not like the people didn’t decide to vote or won’t vote at all, they just have to do it at a different time.
If the law specifies receipt by election day, then that's different.
I suspect the 3 pm closures of panhandle early voting prevented the EV gap from getting below 200,000. And it will probably slow down the closing of the gap in the morning as these early voting centers do not open until 11 am (CST). Anybody got any more scoop on this?

Bort, because of this stupid storm I say you should file a lawsuit asking the FL Supreme Court to extend voting hours... but only in GOP strongholds. We’ve got legal precedent!
LOL. Are these counties planning on adding hours in upcoming days?
That would be nice. But suggest you get that lawsuit ready just in case.

as of right now rep leads
+12035 EV votes Escambia (the least red out of the 3)
+27644 Santa Rosa
+29029 Okaloosa
68,708 total
this is the 10th day of early voting
so 6871 a day
you are missing 1/3 of the voting times
so that is 2290 votes in that 4 hour close time
YES I KNOW that there are other factors but just some math to start
correction to previous post
that was total
for EV only
60,117 total
6012 a day
2004 every 4 hours of polling time
Interested to see if there is any kind of bump in Hillsborough/Tampa tomorrow. Trump is rallying in the parking lot of the football stadium. The football stadium is serving as an early voting location. Smart. Go to the rally, then go submit your early vote inside.
Loving your math!
