“Important to note that Miles Taylor was not DHS chief of staff on September 5, 2018, when he published ‘Anonymous’ op-ed in NYT. He was a DHS policy adviser, which NYT characterized as a ‘senior official in the Trump administration.’”
Last weekend before election.
Everyone ready for that final NYT Trump tax story?
Right, count me out too.
Okay, there’s a 20K relative Biden advantage in Duval. But there’s a 13K Biden advantage in the four westernmost counties of FL. Doesn’t mean much until voting is completed on 11/3.

“Tomorrow Democrats will fall under a 200k ballots cast advantage in FL.
DeSantis won a close one going into Election Day down 230k.
Warning: RED WAVE incoming!”
Its so hard to square what we are seeing in FL with polls saying Biden up 12 - like todays CNN poll. 54-42%.
Something does not compute.
We will know in 6 days.
going backwards now , again those 3 counties missing are hurting plus dems getting decent mail ins

Supreme Court Won’t Hear Pennsylvania Ballot Case Before Election
The high court refused to expedite a Republican challenge to a Pennsylvania court order allowing three extra days for accepting absentee ballots mailed by Election Day.
“The court indicated that the justices may issue additional opinions in the case. The Supreme Court could still decide to hear the case after the election, particularly if the outcome depends on Pennsylvanias 20 electoral votes.”
ACB didn’t participate in decision.
I ignore all “narrative” media polls. They’re being made up to depress (R) turnout.
I remember that in 2016, given the probability of Hillary winning over Trump was 93%-7%, Republicans ignored all pollsters and went to the polls. Trump won against all odds. The media pollsters are even worse this cycle. They not only have to be ignored but I hope they will all be humiliated and forced out of business starting next week.
Can we see where the votes that are left are, or does this visual not add any additional value?

I haven’t thought this was worth the exercise. The ballots are mailed no later than election day. The Constitution says the vote takes place the first Tues after the first Monday of November, something like that.
If a vote is postmarked by that day, then I don’t see the issue. If it arrives 2 or 3 or 6 days later, so what? The vote was legally cast.
If this is all about fraud this and fraud that and counterfeiting a postmark, well, why not manufacture gazillion votes 5 days earlier than ED and legally mail them. It doesn’t matter if you know just how many to print up, print 100K extra and don’t bother waiting. It’s a federal crime if you print just 1 so you’re going to jail if caught regardless of the number.
Loss of those counties definitely hurting, but it doesn’t look like it will cost 1000. Fewer.
last update, Dems up on EV
I think only Orange (heavy dem Orlando) and a few left in the eastern panhandle remain open
Dems might gain a few hundred more votes
Dems EV +81
Dems +6 mail
Dems +87
dems 204086
The odds of Trump getting 42% of Florida vote on election night is negative zero point zero percent. These polling outfits are a joke.
DeSantis was NOT down 230k day before election day. Not sure if he’s talking about 5 or 6 days out but the day before, nope.
Dem/Dim twits are happy today. Lead only decreased by 40k today instead of 50k.
Too funny.
It is already there. Just scroll down. Broken out by All, NPA, Rep, Dem.
Be aware, though, that Dems are low propensity voters in general. Republicans naturally have much higher turnouts.
Another good day, before today I was projecting Republican at -94K before election day, now I’m projection -79K.
“If a vote is postmarked by that day, then I dont see the issue. If it arrives 2 or 3 or 6 days later, so what? The vote was legally cast.”
And what if a legislature passes a law saying ballots MUST be received by Election Day.
Then a court says in its better judgement, the ballot can be counted if it arrives 3 days later.
Is that right?
I just copied the tweet intact. I only remember the outcome of the main FL races, not the numbers.
