It is best/proper handled by the governor. If the governor requires help he will formally request it. Same as Seattle.

That is constitutional. If the constituents see inaction by the governor and the mayor, maybe they will vote in another party next election. This isn’t TDS, it’s criminal, perhaps treasonous, but the mindset of criminals recognizes and seize opportunities as criminals themselves are predetory.

What’s criminal is gun control, and state goverments who are not serving and protecting. This ain’t the depression, and the FBI ain’t gonna send in an Elliot Ness. The FBI, like the local police show up just in time to fill out the paperwork and start lengthy investigations.

I would argue that the sometimes talked about tort law review is in order before the gloves come off.

you apparently that AG Barr is responsible for enforcing local laws. The rioting, looting and pillaging is a local matter until the Federal Government is called to assist.
