MSNBCs Joe Scarborough proposed nominating 73-year-old former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to the Supreme Court next year should Democrats take the White House in next weeks election.
What a great birthday gift it will be next year for @HillaryClinton when she is one of the three new Supreme Court justices appointed through the Judiciary Reform Act of 2021, Scarborough tweeted Monday following Justice Amy Coney Barretts historic confirmation.

Joe must be suffering from the final stages of syphilis; his mind is shot.
Since such an act would have to be passed by the House and Senate, signed by the President, and upheld as Constitutional by a nine member Supreme Court, Hillary would be pushing 80 before such an opening ever came up. :)
Well... Back in the day she did declare Bill innocent of adultery with Monica Lewinski. J
She would have to be seated in the center lest the bench become unbalanced and someone get injured.
what did they ever turn up on the mysterious death of morning joe’s congressional intern, Lori Klausutis?
funny how morning joe and his running mates gary (chandra levy RIP) condit & rockin rino kasich shut down their “pleasure palace” & all got the heck of of DC all of a sudden???
wonder how well Mika sleeps at night???
I would love to witness a Hillary confirmation hearing!
If the left believes Supreme Court nominations should be political favors, I would like to see Rush Limbaugh nominated.
Where does the left get these delusional ideas? She couldn’t pass a background check. LOL!
Neither side is going to put someone as old as Hillary Clinton on the Supreme Court.
lol...let him. I think she’s going to be dead in 5 years or less...
Does Hillary have any judicial background?
I was just curious about her experience in law not necessarily on her “education”.
Well she was a lawyer for the Rose Law firm in Arkansas. But interestingly, there is no Constitutional requirement that a Federal Judge or Justice be a lawyer.
That would be stupid on so many levels, that it makes perfect sense that Joe S. would suggest it.
LIke they would waste a supreme court pick on someone likely to die in a decade?
