What is privilege?
Privilege is having two parents, married to each other, who stick together to raise you. It is having parents that read to you at night, then say prayers with you to remind you of your family and friends, the good things you have, and the love of God. It is being bugged about homework, and having someone checking up on your grades. It is being made to do chores, encouraged to get a job, required to make some of your own major purchases as you grow up.
I don’t know of any black privileged group going to Africa to help their brothers and sisters there; seems only white privileged folks go their to help and more often get killed for their efforts.
Working and paying taxes all our lives which have been used to care for multiple families who do not work, pay taxes, have healthcare and many aren’t even citizens. Then being hated and called a racist.
...living in the USA in 2020 is privilege - no matter who you are.
We all live with the rights and freedoms, at a standard of living, unimaginable to any other people anywhere in the world at any time in history.
