Is there anybody left in Philadelphia to vote on election day? That is a very smart move and would seal the deal over there.
maybe not in such exact words but he has reached out to the black community and their leaders many times and that’s why I think he might get 17 or 18% of the Black vote.
I would be thrilled to see higher but I will take 18% and still be thrilled
