A local right wing talk show had a guest who said the trafficking is not just to provide underage and adult sex for money, but includes forced labor and organ harvesting for profit.
How sickening but believable and they will need a lot of help but thank you God for each and every victim saved.
This used to happen only in the movies.
Thanks to Trump, the rescues are happening for real.

if your organ donation statement is true, I’m glad I didn’t sign up for bone marrow or organ transplants....if you match they’ll come knock you off.
Unfortunately, if a person doesn’t have the right boxes marked, and or written docs to the contrary, modern medicine allows for forced/authoritative organ harvesting by hospitals all over the country.
And they won’t harvest most organs without circulated and oxygenated blood.
Once that stops, hospitals won’t do it.
