I was just there today (Lake Geneva). Wisconsin is looking good to me. Restaurants are open and no masks. Ten miles south in CrimiIllanois - restaurants shut down again. Stupid MF’ers. Asshole Illinois governor goes to Wisconsin for the weekends - go figure.
Outside of ‘The People’s Republik of Madistan,’ most are ignoring The Guv - though he has us ‘masked’ until November 22nd...and he’ll probably extend that. Most schools are closed until further notice; college campuses are closed.
Madison Proper is in tatters - close to 60 businesses are leaving our downtown/square area that went up in flames this summer.
Yeah. It’s just awesome. :(
