Reminds me of the woman who was the emergency management director for Miami Dade County in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew. She was famous for crying and appearing distraught at a press conference - which the media chose to interpret as "Bush administration bad, not helping poor woman". My take on it was "This is the wrong person to be in charge of emergency management!"
If this physician was crying - then she was chosen to appear at that press briefing to layer on an emotional component to the news. This is merely part of the Democratic Party campaign against Trump. Period.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot ordered that beginning last Friday, non-essential businesses will have to close by 10:00pm and residents are asked to limit gatherings to six people. The city also ordered some bars to stop indoor service.
