This really is a historic barnstorming of PA by POTUS today.
What is going to offset much of, maybe all of the vote rigging in Philadelphia is that Trump is getting a much higher percentage of the black vote.
If he really get’s 27% of the black vote rather than 8% and better than 40% of the Hispanic vote, then ballot-box stuffing becomes a lot harder to feasibly do. I would not be surprised if Trump gets 10 to 12 million more votes nation wide than he did in 2016.
