I agree. This country is going to break up into three or four USA-istans. We should kick california, oregon, and washington out. No reason to wait for them to leave. Eventually NE will probably go too

That would be national suicide because we’d be giving up the entire west coast (with the operative word being COAST).
Better to break up the west coast, with our side taking all the ports and harbors.
All this talk of secession is either harmless venting or complete insanity. Splitting the strongest nation on Earth into a bunch of countries each the size of weak European states is the road to ruin. There’s good a reason why divide and conquer is a time tested and effective strategy. I have to wonder if the Byzantines told themselves “We didn’t need Egypt anyway. Nor the Holy Land, nor Syria, nor Carthage, nor the rest of Anatolia. We still have Constantinople. What else do we need?”
