No I think the cloture vote starts a 30-hour clock,and at the end of the 30 hours (Monday evening), debate is cut off.

The democrats keep talking about policy as of it was up to Amy Coney Barrett to change it. It is not, it is THEIR job, the congress’ job.
If they don’t like a law, the can change it. It is not a judge’s job.
